♦ 2 eggs
♦ Sakura shrimp moderate amount
♦ Fresh water 125ml
♦ a little salt

  1. Beat the eggs, add water and salt, and stir evenly. Use a sieve to remove foam. Wash the sakura shrimp and set aside.
