Barley

This is the [Milestone Multi-Functional Nutrition Machine] version of barley water written by Summer Panther.

Barley Material:

Barley – 1 cup (with measuring cup included)

sugar – in moderation

water – upper and lower water levels

1. Wash a cup of barley

2. Put it into the nutrition machine and add water to the upper and lower water levels.

  3. Press 2 times to cook the soy milk. After cooking, pour it out and add sugar. A cup of hot barley water is good.

4. After pouring out, pour in water, press clean to clean automatically, take it out and clean it

, Be careful not to wash the machine head, just wipe it dry and put it away ^^

薏米水

薏米水

材料:

薏米 – 1杯(内有附量杯)

糖 – 适量

水 – 上下水位

1.把一杯薏米洗干净

2.放入营养机里加入水到上下水位即可

 3.按2下就是就是煮豆浆,煮好后倒出来放入糖即可,一杯热腾腾的薏米水就好了

4.倒出来之后在倒入水,按清洗就可以自动清洗,在拿出来清洗干净

,注意不要洗到机头哦,抹干风干才收好^^

condensed soy milk

Material:

炼奶豆浆

炼奶豆浆,我家二少说自制的豆浆和外面买的有点分别,外头买的会比较香,我说

可能他们加了香精吧,我家二少就拿了豆浆自己研究,想研究外头买的口味,因为

喝惯了,后来让他研发到原来豆浆加点炼奶是和外头的豆浆有80%的相像,炼奶也

不能加太多这样会失去豆浆的香味,我家二少对吃比较有研究。。O(∩_∩)O哈哈~

老公喝了加炼奶的豆浆也说有像哦,还喝了2杯哦^^

炼奶豆浆

材料:

黄豆 – 1量杯

水 – 上下水位

炼奶和糖的比例是 1:2

斑斓叶 – 2支

做法:

1.把1量杯的黄豆洗净浸隔夜

2.放入milestone营养机里加入水到上下水位,按”soya”即可

3.把豆奶过滤后倒入锅子里加入斑斓叶开中火煮至滚,煮的同时要记得搅拌哦

4.煮好后加入炼奶和糖就可以喝了,炼奶和糖的比例是1:2,也就是说如果炼奶

1汤匙糖就2糖视你要的甜度添加,炼奶豆浆真的有比较好喝哦^^

Taro Soy Milk

Taro Soy Milk

Material:

Soybeans – 1 measuring cup

water – upper and lower water levels

Taro puree – 200g (steamed and pressed into puree)

Taro Flavor – Just a little bit (or leave it out)

sugar – in moderation

Step to Make it:

1. I soaked the soybeans last night

2. I got up this morning and changed the water

3. Pour the soybeans into the Milestone nutrition machine, turn on the power and press “soya”

4. Filter the soy milk and add the taro paste, stir well, filter, pour the filtered taro soy milk into Milestone

Add a little bit of taro essence and an appropriate amount of sugar to the nutrition machine, press the clean button, a cup of fragrant

The taro soy milk is just fine, it’s really mellow ^^

芋香豆奶

真的好香醇哦,赞^^

昨晚临睡前和我家小少说,明天帮妈妈搅豆奶哦,我家小少很乐意的帮忙哦,谢谢

小少让妈妈午饭回来时有一杯香醇的芋头豆奶喝,虽然芋头是夏天自己动手做的,

不过如果没有小少帮忙搅的豆奶夏天也不会有芋香豆奶喝,夏天满足于现状^^

材料:

黄豆 – 1量杯

水 – 上下水位

芋头泥 – 200克(蒸熟压成泥)

芋头香精 – 1点点点就好(也可不放)

糖 – 适量

做法:

1.昨晚把黄豆浸了

2.今早起来换了水

3.把黄豆倒入Milestone营养机里,开了电源按”soya”即可

4.把豆奶过滤加入芋泥搅拌均匀在过滤,把过滤了的芋头豆奶倒入Milestone

营养机里加入一点点点的芋头香精和适量的糖,按清洗键即可,一杯香浓

的芋香豆奶就好了,真的很香醇哦^^

Prepared ingredients;

Anchovies: 50g

Dried chili (soaked in water for 2 hours): 40 pieces

Shallots (medium, peeled): 10 pcs

1 minced garlic (peeled)

Drinking water: about 800ml

预备食材:

江鱼仔:50g

辣椒干(泡水2小时):40条

小葱(中,去皮);10粒

蒜蓉(去皮)1粒

食水: 约800ml

1取出‘Milestone多功能营养机’将食材食材倒入,食水加入上下水位之间

2然后按cereal键,选择cool fruits drinks。红灯亮起。。直到声音亮起即表示工作顺利完成

3即可收藏于冰箱。

温馨提示;我把搅拌好的江鱼仔辣椒末,下锅煮至半收汁,然后收藏于冰箱。

Hot and Sour Pork Trotter

Ingredients:

1. One pig’s Trotter (cut into pieces) – I put half a pig’s trotter

2. ½ stick of black vinegar

3. A large piece of ginger (sliced)

4. 6 dried chillies (soaked in hot water)

5. Salt, coconut sugar to taste

Steps to Make It:

1. Heat a little oil in a wok, add pork trotter and stir fry, add ginger and dried chili.

2. Pour the black vinegar into the pig feet, cover the pig feet, and simmer for 45 minutes on medium-low heat. (with or without water)

3. Put the above ingredients into the “Milestone Nutrition Pot”,Press the “Tendons Braised Tendons” button, it will be cooked automatically, and when ready the indicator light will flash. 酸辣猪脚

酸辣猪脚的材料:

1. 猪脚一只(斩块) -我放半只猪脚

2. 黑醋½支

3. 姜一大块(切片)

4.  辣椒干6条(浸热水)

5.盐,椰糖适量

做法:

1. 热锅少许油,倒入猪脚炒一翻,加入姜,辣椒干。

2. 黑醋倒入猪脚里,盖过猪脚,中小火焖煮45分钟。(可以加或不加入水)

3.把以上材料放入“Milestone 营养锅”,按“Tendons焖蹄筋”键,大约1个半小时后,就自动煮好了,显示灯将闪闪。它会自动保温着。(最好让它保温两个小时候才吃,这样才入味。)
